NATURE AND SCOPE
The Retail Account Manager is
responsible for management of all customer service and sales to existing and
new Retail Distributors/ Stores for David Christopher Photography. As this is
a position that will be responsible for county-wide activity, reliable
transportation is required. A strong sense of self-motivation and excellent
follow up skills are a must.
Applicant should be goal oriented and able to continually adjust personal
standards to ever increasing heights as they push beyond previously set goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and grow
existing retail relationships both personally and professionally.
Maintain satisfactory
inventory levels in retail locations.
Utilize different
methods of obtaining sales through phone, email, fax and direct contact.
Develop systems to
achieve optimal sales and repeat business in timely manner.
Develop and maintain
strong organization skills. Be able to advise/ suggest product for
customers based on previous orders, trends and current events that may
impact upcoming sales.
Suggest and possibly
implement seasonal promotions or events which may increase sales.
Determine most
efficient/economical routine and route for personal sales visits.
Personal visits with customers should take place every 6-8 weeks depending
on location and sales velocity.
